I officially moved to Paris earlier this month, it’s going to be my new journey full of adventures and hopefully new interesting projects.
On my third day in Paris, I got an amazing gift, it’s snowing hard here! This is my very first snow in my life (cause I was born and raised in Indonesia, a tropical country obviously) and also this is the first big snow in Paris after years! So I considered myself lucky! Well some public transportations don’t work but I think nobody can deny that Paris under the snow is magical. I enjoyed to walk around and took some photos. Enjoy!
Last weekend I joined an embroidery workshop by Nengiren . It was soo fun! She taught us a lot of tricks to do it. I finally finished my first embroidery ever, I know that I need more practice but I enjoyed working on it and I can’t wait to try more and more. This one is based on my old drawing.
I’ve heard a lot about a relationship between french and baguette, that you can see them walking around with baguette all the time, yes ALL THE TIME. So after living in Paris for almost 3 months, I can confirm that.
Visiting museum is always one of my favourite thing to do. So I went to Musée Picasso this time. The museum is not really big, it has 3 or 4 floors but not really tiring to visit all of them. The ticket fee is 12,5 €.
There was an exhibition called Olga Picasso when I was there, she was Picasso’s first wife. So the exhibition mainly talked about how Olga and Paulo (their son) inspired his works, a lot. And also, we can see how the women in his life influenced his works.
And then I visited the museum’s souvenir shop across the street, it’s really cute!
